A household is one membership record, however many people are on it: a family of five is one. We recount at the end of each month, and if the club has grown, the new households are added at $2.50 each, settled with your renewal. Those are the same families who just paid you a season of dues, so growth more than pays for itself the month it happens. Households you remove are never billed, and the same household is never billed twice.

The argument isn't that Hydive undercuts any one of those line items. It's one bill and one login, with pieces that actually talk to each other: the guard's clock-in becomes payroll, and payroll lands in the burn-down the week it happens.

How much does Hydive cost?

$1,999 per season, which includes up to 200 active households. Above that it's $2.50 per additional household: a 300-household club is $2,249 and a 500-household club is $2,749. Every club gets the whole platform at any size: the public website, the member database, the season burn-down budget, staff and lifeguard scheduling, the front desk, bookings, and AI assist. Nothing is held back for a higher tier, and there is no setup fee.

Why does the price depend on club size?

Because the value does. A 500-household club has a bigger fund to protect and more dues to track than a 150-household club, yet it runs on the same platform. Charging by size lets a small club start affordably instead of paying the large-club price. Household count is the only meter: board, lifeguard, and staff accounts are unlimited and always free.

What counts as a household?

An active household on your roster: one membership record, however many people are on it. A family of five is one household. Households you mark inactive stop counting, so you are never billed for members you removed.

What if our club grows mid-season?

You add households, we add $2.50 each. We recount at the end of each month, and the difference is settled with your renewal. A family that joins in June just paid your club a full season of dues, and Hydive's share of that is $2.50. Growth funds itself many times over in the same month it happens, and the running total is on your license page whenever you want to look.

What if households leave?

Your bill never goes up for them, and you are never billed twice for the same household. The count only ever ratchets up within a season: if you drop from 320 to 280 households, nothing changes, and re-growing back to 320 costs nothing because those households were already paid for. The next renewal prices fresh at whatever size the club is then.

Is there a free trial?

You can set the whole club up for free and only pay when you publish. Create your club, import last season’s roster, build your season budget, and see your live burn-down without paying anything. The license is what turns your public website on.

When do we pay?

Once a season, and you choose when. Most boards license at season open, when dues have just landed and the fund is full. The license gets paid from the pool, like your insurance, rather than out of a volunteer’s pocket in the offseason.

What happens at the end of the season?

Your data stays yours and stays put. Renewing is next season’s setup: the roster, the history, and last season’s numbers are already there for the incoming board. If you don’t renew, the club keeps its records; the public website is what goes dark.

What about credit card processing for dues?

Taking payments from members is not live yet and is not part of this price. When it ships it will be priced separately as a per-transaction rate, the way every payment processor works. The season license will not change because of it.
