One license. The whole platform.
Includes up to 200 active households, then $2.50 per household above that. That's the only thing that changes with club size — every club gets everything below, and board, staff, and lifeguard accounts are always unlimited and free.
| 200 households | $1,999 / season |
| 300 households | $2,249 / season |
| 400 households | $2,499 / season |
| 500 households | $2,749 / season |
| 600 households | $2,999 / season |
| 800 households | $3,499 / season |
A household is one membership record, however many people are on it — a family of five is one. We recount at the end of each month, and if the club has grown, the new households are added at $2.50 each, settled with your renewal. Those are the same families who just paid you a season of dues, so growth more than pays for itself the month it happens. Households you remove are never billed, and the same household is never billed twice.

What a season license includes
Your public website
The thing the license turns on.
- A professional club site at yourclub.hydive.app, published in your first ten minutes
- Live pool status, hours, and closures — it reads the club’s real data, so it’s never stale
- Join requests and membership inquiries routed to a real inbox, not a volunteer’s personal email
- Party and rental requests, structured, with the details staff actually need
- Bring your own domain when you’re ready
Member database & self-serve
The roster stops being a spreadsheet on one laptop.
- Import last season’s roster — paste it in, households become real records
- Dues tracking and member statements: who’s paid, who hasn’t, what’s outstanding
- A member app your families install on their phones — dues, bookings, and their own contact details
- Members keep their own info current, with address type-ahead so it’s entered correctly
- Announcements that reach members, with push notifications
The season burn-down
The reason boards renew.
- A season budget shaped like a season — a fund that opens once and burns down
- The live chart: what’s in the fund, the weekly burn, where the season lands
- Payables, receivables, and adjustments — expenses land on the chart the day they happen
- Payroll flows in from the timeclock, so labor shows up in the forecast, not at season close
- Records and renewals tracked, so nothing lapses quietly
Scheduling & operations
For the people running the pool day to day.
- Staff and lifeguard scheduling, with shift swaps that keep one schedule of record
- A phone-first guard app: shifts, swaps, and clock-in and out
- A real timeclock producing actual hours and payroll summaries
- Import the schedule you already built, including from Sling
- Front-desk check-in that shows family name and member number only — never contact details or dues
AI assist — included, never an add-on
The engine computes; the AI explains. It never invents a number, and everything still works with AI off.
- “Will the money last?” — your burn-down explained in plain English for the board
- Expense capture: type “Home Depot $340” and it parses the amount and suggests the budget line
- A one-click treasurer’s report a volunteer can read aloud at the meeting
- A renewal digest and a weekly attention digest — what’s about to lapse or bite you
The board itself
Built for leadership that changes every year.
- Invite the board, assign roles, and end old access cleanly
- Records, history, and decisions stay with the club, not with a departing volunteer
- Next year’s board signs in and inherits a running system

We'd rather tell you what isn't ready than have you find out after you pay.
What it replaces
Before the board votes, add up what the club already spends on the pieces. We're not going to guess your numbers — pull your own renewals:
| Website hosting, domain, and whoever maintains it | your renewal |
| A scheduling app for guards | your renewal |
| Registration or member-management software | your renewal |
| Payroll and timesheet handling | your renewal |
| The treasurer's spreadsheet, rebuilt before every board meeting | unpaid — and it leaves with them |
| Hydive — all of it, one bill | from $1,999 / season |
The argument isn't that Hydive undercuts any one of those line items. It's that it's one bill, one login, and the pieces actually talk to each other — the guard's clock-in becomes payroll, and payroll lands in the burn-down the week it happens.
